Return process

Please return the product within 14 days of arrival, even in case of cancellation or exchange.

We can take the product back in new condition, i.e. with all product tags, in a clean, undamaged condition. If you need an exchange, we can send the agreed product after the product has arrived and the possible price difference has been clarified.

During the return, we ask that you also give our contact information to the courier in order to speed up the turnaround time.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the return and possible resending fees are borne by the buyer.

If you request a refund, send us your bank account number by email or letter together with the package, referring to the order number.

Refunds are made within 14 days, and in all cases only the price of the product(s) will be refunded.
